Our goal is to boost food and nutrition security, protect the environment, and create jobs through our sustainable vertically integrated fish farming model. We control all processes from fingerlings to end-consumer, ensuring premium and affordable products. With a passionate, skilled team and smart technologies, we support small-scale farmers, train local youth, and promote sustainable livelihoods.

OUR TEAM
Mustafa Aden – Director
Mustafa is an industrious, dynamic and result-oriented Entrepreneur with demonstrated history of success in transforming innovative concepts into thriving enterprises. Mustafa has extensive background in business operations and is proficient in driving business growth through strategic finance, strategic operations, technology and marketing initiatives. He brings invaluable experience in team management and leadership, resource mobilisation, market studies and linkages, product design and development, and customer acquisition strategies. He is a strong advocate for equality, community empowerment and development and climate change.

Oguta Onyango – Operations Manager
Oguta is an experienced Aquaculture Development Expert with over 10 years of experience in Aquaculture management and Agribusiness Enterprise Development. He specialises in Aquaculture Systems Development, sustainable aquaculture practices, and freshwater aquaculture. Oguta has proven expertise in water quality assessment, managing aquatic systems, enhancing production efficiency and promoting sustainable practices in aquaculture operations. He is passionate about designing sustainable development of aquaculture as a gateway to food security, a vocal advocate for youth empowerment and inclusion in development and a champion for environmental conservation.

Ismael Oketch – Hatchery Supervisor
Oketch comes with vast experience in hatchery management having served in several programmes and projects in the country. He is a keen, self-driven, passionate and dedicated fish expert with interest in fish genetics, seed fish propagation, broodstock management and general pond and hatchery management. Oketch is a champion for sustainability in the aquaculture value chain. He has assisted in the establishment and developed several fish farms and guided technical operations in many fish hatcheries in Kenya.

Wicliffe Nyambole – Cage Aquaculture Supervisor
Wicliffe is a passionate and highly motivated fish enthusiast with several years of experience in cage fish farming and lake fishing. He is highly talent in lake operations and has deep understanding of the local environment which makes him an invaluable inclusion into the team. He brings a wealth of insights on local conditions and lake operation logistics. Wicliffe is highly versatile, flexible and ready to take on any challenge presented to him.

Clifton Ojwang – Hatchery Technician
Clifton is a youthful, energetic and dedicated aquaculture expert with over 6 years of experience in fish cultivation, specialising in fish breeding, egg incubation, larval rearing and aquaculture systems designs and construction. Clifton brings on board expertise in water quality monitoring, efficient fish husbandry practises and biosecurity and biosafety management. He is a detail-oriented and a hard-working individual with a strong passion for designing sustainable solutions to tackle food security and nutritional outcomes while improving livelihoods.
